Day 11 - snowman pancakes.
Every weekend, Mr DC makes pancakes for the smalls, so when I saw
this idea I
knew it would be a good one for our advent calendar. Here is the simple one I made for Tiny Small:

Here is Tall Small's version (how excited she was to be let loose with writing icing at breakfast!)

And here is the one I made for Mr DC. Poor old Frosty clearly has other ideas ...

Oh, we're dying with the cuteness of it all!! Spectacular. The bacon scarves had my daughter SCREAMING with excitement.
ReplyDeleteWe shall be making these next weekend for sure! N x
How CUTE! I want to come to your house for breakfast!!!
ReplyDeleteOoh, yours are even better than the official Pinterest version! Reminds me of the Mickey Mouse pancake a certain diner serves...
ReplyDeleteThank goodness my children don't read your blog or they'd have me making those this minute :-) Instead I shall wait until next weekend, do them and pretend it was all my idea. {Not really, I'm too bad at lying, I shall tell the truth!}
ReplyDeleteHaha what a fab idea x
ReplyDeleteI can hear you all laughing while you did those photos!

ReplyDeletePerfect! What a great start to the day!
ReplyDeleteAaaahhhhh so cute.
ReplyDeleteThese are the best! Not only amusing for small people I think.
ReplyDeleteThe scarves are inspired!
ReplyDeleteI love these! We're big pancake fans too and if my children see these I'm sure we'll be breaking out the writing icing. What wonderful advent activities you've all been doing.
ReplyDeleteOh, Frosty. Such a brave break for freedom.
ReplyDeleteThey're fabulous Val - especially Mr DC's poor running Frosty! Lucy xx
ReplyDeleteUtter genius. What is the recipe? Scotch pancake/drop scones?
ReplyDeleteThe one you made for Mr DC is hysterical. Run, snowman, run!
